Do I need to be tech-savvy to use this? +
Not at all! Our devices are designed for simplicity. There are no apps to download, no WiFi to connect, and no passwords to remember. Just press a button to take your reading — that's it. Many of our patients are in their 70s, 80s, and beyond and find it very easy to use.
How much does this cost me? +
For most Medicare patients, remote monitoring is fully covered with no out-of-pocket cost. We handle all the billing with your insurance. If there's ever a cost, we'll let you know upfront before you start.
What if I miss a day of readings? +
Life happens! If we notice you've missed a few readings, your Concierge Care nurse will give you a friendly call to check in and make sure everything is okay. We're here to support you, not to add stress.
Who sees my health information? +
Your privacy is protected. Your health information is only shared with your doctor's office and our clinical care team. We follow strict HIPAA guidelines to keep your data secure and confidential.
Can I talk to a real person if I have questions? +
Absolutely! You can call us anytime at (469) 342-3753. You'll also have a dedicated Concierge Care nurse who you'll get to know — a real person who cares about your health and is always happy to help.
